Who it is for

Recurring work that needs a dependable owner and rhythm.

Best suited to small conveyancing practices and independent property businesses with an internal AMLCO, selected systems and a measured need for clearer operating capacity.

  • Conveyancing practices with recurring matter-level AML work
  • Independent real-estate and buyer’s agencies
  • Very small practices needing bounded support
  • Higher-volume or multi-office practices needing broader coordination

Practice size is a commercial fit signal only. It is not a legal threshold or statement about who is regulated.

WHAT IT SOLVES

  • Recurring work competing with the AMLCO's other responsibilities
  • Controls documented but not routinely tested in operation
  • External-audit, independent-evaluation or regulatory findings without visible closure
  • Actions, exceptions and evidence spread across teams or tools
  • Parent or group dependencies hidden from Australian oversight
  • Management reporting assembled reactively

Monthly packages

Defined scope at each level.

Written delivery is standard. Calls can be arranged where needed and agreed in advance. Service allocations include preparation, agreed calls, checks, reporting and administration. A written Outsourced Function Schedule agrees outputs, volume and complexity limits, approvals and service windows before work begins. Extra work requires an agreed quote before it starts; support is not on-call.

Assign + track

Maintain owners, due dates, blockers, dependencies, escalation status and closure evidence.

04
