Standard scope
Know what the fixed fee covers.
- One legal entity with an existing AML/CTF program
- Up to five documents or agreed extracts, totalling no more than 20 pages
- One written clarification round
- Evidence-referenced written report and prioritised 30-day action plan
- One consolidated question or factual-correction request within five working days of receiving the report
Written delivery is standard. Calls can be arranged where needed and agreed in advance. The follow-up window starts when you receive the report. Detailed customer-file sampling and complex work are separately scoped; there is no automatic upgrade.

The 10-business-day delivery target starts once the agreed start date is reached and we have received complete, approved inputs and the required deposit. Business days exclude weekends and South Australian public holidays. Incomplete inputs or a scope issue pause the timetable while we agree a revised date.
